Back from Hawaii
Carol and I spent a few days in Hawaii last week…
I’d never been before, but I now understand what all the fuss is about. We stayed on Oahu, the busiest and most city-like island, but even without the peace and tranquility, the vacation was exactly what we needed — time away from work and all the pressures of real life…

Most people don’t know it, but shaved ice is my FAVORITE food, just barely trumping chocolate, ice cream, and anything else that has sugar or fat in it…
